Spring Lake

All the lodges have south/west facing views overlooking our 27 acre lake which features an international water-ski course. Our ski boat and wakeboard boat are specially designed to keep noise to a minimum. There is nothing more entertaining than sitting on your sun deck watching other people mastering the ski course!

The Watermark fitness suite is also based at Spring Lake along with The Lakeside Brasserie offering delicious cuisine.

Isis Lake

The setting here is one of peace and tranquillity, the lodges meander between the two lakes and the majority of them have lake views. We have three tennis courts (one floodlit), a tennis pavilion, which provides refuge during damp days with a pool table and seating along with an indoor childrens play area.

Outside we have a full size croquet lawn, golf and cricket practice nets, a giant drafts board, boules, children`s adventure playground and a summer house with a full size table tennis table. We have two fishing lakes in a tranquil setting. One stocked with trout (fisherman's rowing boat available), the other with carp.

Windrush Lake

Windrush Lake is adjacent to Isis Lakes and benefits from the tennis, fishing and children's play area - only a short walk away.

The lodges on Windrush Lake are architecturally designed to a very high standard and range from 3 - 5 bedrooms. All the houses on Windrush lake benefit from mains gas central heating.

The Landings

Built in 2005, The Landings offers unparalleled second-home luxury, set in an idyllic landscape with breathtaking views out across the 114 acre lake, The Landings consists of an established blend of 40 superior New England style lakeside properties, created using the finest construction materials and built to the highest possible standards.

Summer Lake

Summer Lake is made up of only 50 lakeside 4 bedroom houses. The main residential area of Summer Lake is quiet and tranquil with impressive New England Style properties architecturally designed to the highest possible standards. Conveniently thought out and designed to make entertaining and lakeside living easy. Within easy reach of the M4 and M5 motorways this makes the perfect destination for a family holiday without the hassle of a long journey. Situated just outside the award winning village of South Cerney, this truly is an idyllic setting.

Summer Lake is a fully managed and maintained lakeside development with everything taken care of such as landscaping, security and housekeeping (by arrangement) enabling you to switch off and relax and creating a perfect ‘lock up and leave’ holiday home.
